Edwin Morris Lee Jr., better known as EJ began his promising dance career at Thomas Pullen Arts Magnet School and continued his training at Suitland High School as a dance major. Although he wowed sports audiences throughout his high school football years, he equally stunned dance patrons with his gravity-defying leaps and turns combined with his unique talent of acrobatics. He has had the privilege of studying under many well know dance pioneers, teachers and choreographers for years and is looked upon as a male mentor in this female-dominated industry. EJ has worked as a background dancer for many well-known artists and choreographers such as Miguel, Louis johnson of “Forces of Rhythm”, Bill T. Jones, Arthur Mitchell, Kolten Perine, Luam, Gary Beauford, and Candice Brown. He continues to make his mark in the dance world as he pushes the boundaries of mastering both classical dance genres and the hip hop dance world. He has traveled with Capitol Movement Dance Company to Italy and Turkey to perform and teach classes and will soon be heading to Japan for another tour.
