Jamilla Keene is currently Studio Manager for Capitol Movement, Inc. Since CMI’s inception in 2005 she has been involved with the organization, dancing with Capitol Movement Dance Company for 10 of those years.
Jamilla is a former Washington Redskins Cheerleaders for ten seasons and spent eight seasons as captain. She had the honor of representing the “First Ladies of Football” at the 2005 NFL Pro Bowl in Honolulu, HI.
Prior to dancing with Capitol Movement and the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders, Jamilla cheered on the nationally ranked George Mason University Coed squad for five years, and then coached the George Mason University All-girl squad for four years.
Jamilla is also a former Universal Cheerleaders Association instructor of seven years and currently works for All-American Cheer and Dance. She has judged various local, state, and national cheer and dance competitions.
