Kristin Scalzo started dancing at the age of three in her hometown of New Berlin, Wisconsin. Through high school Kristin was a part of the Anita’s Dance Center Junior Company, Midwest Connection Dance Company and Competition Team, as well as a dancer for Radio Disney.
While earning her Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs at Marquette University, she was a member of Pure Dance Marquette, a student-run dance organization, and served as co-president for two years. She also danced with Friction Dance Company, an independent dance company in Milwaukee, WI.
Kristin recently received her Master’s Degree in International Peace & Conflict Resolution from American University in Washington, DC and currently works in the Levine Institute for Holocaust Education at the US Holocaust Memorial Museum. She has been a part of the Capitol Movement Dance Company for three years, and currently serves as their Scheduling Coordinator.
