Our mission is to make the transformative art of dance accessible to all, regardless of background or circumstance. We have been fortunate to witness the positive impact of our performances and community programs, but we know that the rhythm can resonate even further with your support.
My name is Jamie Esmedia Aguilar, and I am a current Board Member, Alumni Founding Member, and Former Teacher and Youth Director. I've had the privilege of witnessing firsthand how this program has enriched the lives of its dancers. Personally, this dance community has evolved into a lifelong support system, a network of friends and family who stood by me during some of the most challenging moments of my life. Over my 18 years with this organization, I've seen dancers achieve their dreams—gracing stages on tour, appearing in music videos, and more. While we can't claim sole credit for their accomplishments, we aspire to continue providing talented dancers with similar opportunities and unwavering support. Witnessing the growth and joy in these dancers truly warms my heart, and it's the driving force behind my continued involvement.
