London Myrick is a graduate from Duke Ellington School of the Arts. She continued to persue dance with a full scholarship to PhilaDanco Summer Intensive Dance company later recieving another for the fall. London moved home to raise her daughter and found herself taking classes throughout the DMV Area when she then decided to audition for Pro Dance. She cheered/dance with the Washington Redskins now known as the Commanders. While cheering she also served her role as a Captain and Co- Captain and a liaison and choreographer for the Junior Redskins Cheerleaders. She was the director of the CMI Kidz for 6 seasons and now is Directing the Apprentice Teen Company for CMI. Additionally, she is a Head Coach for D1 Pom Team, Walt Whitman Vikes.
